PhD & Masters Student Opportunities

PhD Students: There are no current openings for lab-funded PhD students in the DECA Lab, but opportunities can open up. If you are interested in being considered for future PhD positions use the contact form to send a short email to Dr. Loebach outlining your research interests along with a current CV.

Masters Students: Dr. Loebach is available to supervise students who have been accepted to the MA or MSc programs the department of Human Centered Design. You can reach out to express interest as you are applying or after acceptance.

Dr. Loebach is also eligible to supervise graduate students (as major or minor advisor) in Landscape Architecture and City & Regional Planning.

Other Opportunities

Dr. Loebach and the DECA Lab will often take undergraduate students accepted into Human Ecology's PRYDE Scholars Program (Program for Research on Youth Development & Engagement). When applying to the program you can indicate your interest to work with Dr. Loebach and the DECA Lab. You can also reach out to Dr. Loebach to discuss upcoming PRYDE projects.
